We are here to help answer your questions. Here are some Frequently Asked Questions we receive from our customers:

Can I drop off a return at your store?
YES!  You can bring your UPS pre-paid boxes to our store.

Can you give me a quote for shipping over the phone?
Yes.  We will need destination zip code, weight, dimensions and value of the package your are sending.  Be aware that we are providing a quote based on the information you are providing us.  It is always best to bring your items to the store for an accurate quote.

Do you fax?  How much is it?
Our fax service is $1.75 for the 1st page and $1.00 for each page after.

Do you ship to other countries?
Yes we do.  We do need the country postal code, weight, dimensions and description of what you're sending to provide you an estimated quote.

I was expecting a package but I missed the driver.  Can I pick up my package at your store?
No.  Unfortunately, packages do not come to our store.  If you need to track your package, contact UPS Customer Service at 1-800-742-5877.  Be aware that if you open a Mailbox at our store, we can safely accept packages from all carriers at our store (better than a P.O.
