If you did not ship your UPS package from our store OR are checking on the delivery of a package to your home or office, you first need a tracking number (obtained from the sender
of the package) and then call 1-800-457-4022.  If you need to speak to a live operator (at the first recording, press 0, on the second recording, say "Yes".  Please keep in mind we are a Pack and Ship Counter, not the UPS delivery service!
