The UPS Store in Mequon is seeking an employee that can help us a good deal between Thanksgiving and the end of January and then scale back to 10 to 20 hours per week on a permanent basis.  

We provide a clean, professional atmosphere with steady hours and friendly co-workers. The new hire must be well kept, naturally friendly and willing to provide a very high and consistent level of customer service to our customers. Customer service and cashier experience is helpful and experience with packaging and shipping is a bonus. Prior experience is not required; we are able to train the right person.  If you have worked at a UPS Store before, we highly encourage you to apply for this position.

Training would begin a couple of days per week during November to get you started.  The month of December is our busiest month and January is our second busiest month of the year.  As a result, there would be room for 30 - 40 hours per week during that period.  After things at the store return to more of a normal pace, we would put you on a regular schedule of about 10 to 20 hours per week including an occasional Saturday shift of 9 a.m. - 3 p.m.

Job responsibilities include weighing and measuring boxes, then helping our customers determine the best method of shipping and insuring their item. We also offer packaging service, copy / color copying service, U.S. Postal Service and much more! The new hire must be able to lift 50 lbs. unassisted as part of their duties.

New hires must be willing to submit to a basic background check prior to hire.
