Best color printing and excellent service

I have come to this store on several occasions with last minute color print jobs and they have always come through for me without gouging with with "rush" rates. I promised to bring them all my printing business if they could get these highly detailed training manuals printed, bound and shipped to my next corporate training. They opened up a house account for billing so I never have to stick around to pay for anything - I just drop and go and they charge my credit card at the end of the month. The ownership and manager seem to understand the needs of its Marina clientele, much more so than other owners in years past. I have been doing business with Kinko's across Lombard for many years because I didn't know there were other options. But since finding The UPS Store on Chestnut, I now have a locally-owned and operated printing provider whose rates and service are so much better than Kinko's. I cannot recommend this place more strongly.

I live near the UPS store on Polk and Washington and they are terrible. No one knows what they are doing and they rake you over the coals with every opportuninty they can. Sometimes I wonder if they are going to ask me to contribute for a portion of their rent just for standing there.

But this review is not about the UPS Store on Polk St., it is about the one on Chestnut St. The guys there are awesome, knowledgeable and take pride in what they do. It is not until you see someone in customer service that actually does take pride in their work that you realize just how few people do!

Unlike other places where they nickle and dime you for every little thing you can imagine, these guys are honest and sometimes throw in something here or there.

It's a great feeling when you find a place where they care more about doing a good job than squeezing a few extra buck out of you.

I only wish I lived closer. Keep up the good work guys!

My wife and I moved last year from London to SF and one of the first things we did in advance of our arrival was set up a PO Box at the UPS store on Chestnut.  Simply put, Mark and his crew have taken excellent care of our mail, shipping and receiving needs.

What's more, the team led by Mark are warm, friendly and willing to go out of their way to help.

We unreservedly recommend The UPS Store, Chestnut Street and the wonderful people who make it all happen.

Guys that always bend over backwards to help, they make doing business a little easier.

If you go to the Post Office these days, they won't even let you use the tape, and I like the fact that I can drop something off at UPS in a paper bag with an address scrawled on the outside and they'll take care of the rest.    Check that one off the list, people!

Open Saturdays plus they're right across from the Grove.  Sweet.

These guys are great, I've lived in the neighborhood for years now, and when the new owners came in, it became a pleasure to do business there. Before, the lady who ran that place would always refer me to Kinkos, since Mark and his team came in, nothing but please and thanks.
